Postage and packing fees
For orders up to and including 249 SEK, you pay a shipping fee of 29 SEK. For orders over 249 SEK, shipping is always free when you order from the webshop.
We usually ship with PostNord or DB Schenker. Delivery is either to your home or to an agent/delivery point, depending on the size of the package.
NOTE! Orders sent as a package (e.g. DHL) or registered letter must be picked up at the pickup location designated by the shipping provider. If the shipment is not picked up and is returned to us, an administration fee of 160:- will be charged to the customer.
Om du har råkat skriva fel, eller om det fattas något i leveransadressen och upptäcker detta efter att ordern har sänts, så kommer din order troligen inte att kunna levereras, utan går i retur till oss.
OBS! En tilläggsavgift på 40:- tillkommer för försändelser som ska sändas på nytt efter att vi fått den i retur pga. fel/saknad information i leveransadressen.
40:- dras även från betalningen vid ev. återbetalning av returnerad försändelse (Varubrev) som ej hämtats.
Diskretion
På leveransen står ”E-Invasion A/S” som avsändare och om du väljer att betala med betalkort eller Swish så kommer ’E-Invasion A/S, Danmark’ stå som betalningsmottagare på ditt kontoutdrag.

Betalning med faktura via Walley (endast för privatperson)
När du väljer att betala med faktura via Walley, kan du få upp till 20 dagars kredit. För att kunna använda dig av fakturering får du ange ditt personnummer, så att vi på några få sekunder kan göra en enkel kreditupplysning.
Fakturan skickas ut från Walley via e-mail i förbindelse med att din beställning sänds, och du betalar direkt till dem. Kontrollera gärna din e-mail en extra gång så att den är korrekt. Om du inte har mottagit fakturan inom två vardagar från det du har beställt bör du omgående ta kontakt med Walley.
Om betalningen uteblir tillkommer en påminnelsesavgift, samt dröjsmålsränta om 24,00 %. Personuppgifter hanteras i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning.

Förskottsbetalning till vårt BankGiro i Sverige (gratis)
If you choose to pay for your goods in advance, you must transfer the total amount to our BankGiro. Remember to enter your order number as a reference ! (the order number is on your order confirmation) Otherwise we cannot see who has transferred the amount and then it may take longer before you receive your order. Please note that a bank transfer normally takes one business day or more.

We do not enter into contracts with minors (under 18 years of age) without the consent of a guardian.
Order confirmation
All orders are confirmed automatically (via e-mail) and you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible if we have problems with the delivery (backorder/sold out items), which is very unusual. In the event that the delivery is delayed, we will notify you of a new delivery date. You always have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
By law, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal on all distance purchases. E-Invasion offers a 21-day right of withdrawal.
Our products are delivered in sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, you cannot cancel a purchase if you have opened the packaging. You always have the right to cancel your purchase regarding unopened products and packaging.
You must cancel your purchase within 21 days from the day you receive your item. Please note that you must have sent the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
Download a cancellation form here that you can use if you wish. You can also notify us by e-mail (info @babyplan.se) that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You send your goods to Filial af E-Invasion A/S, Stålkulegatan 2 E, 218 28 Malmö. Remember to attach a message with your name and order number.
Return policy
You always have a 21-day full right of return and exchange, and when purchasing Babyplan ovulation test or Babyplan ovulation test set, we offer a full 90-day right of return. The goods must be returned in unopened packaging and in essentially the same condition and quantity. The cost of sending the goods back is the customer’s responsibility. In return, we will pay the shipping for you if you want another item instead.
You send your goods to Filial af E-Invasion A/S, Stålkulegatan 2 E, 218 28 Malmö.
You as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return is received by us. It may therefore be a good idea to send the return with tracking. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding the return.
If you choose to return goods, please remember to include a message with your name, order number and reason for return. If you have paid by debit card, we will refund the amount to your card. If you have transferred money instead, please send us your bank details, clearing number and account number, and you will receive the amount in your account. The money is normally refunded within 14 banking days from the day we have received your message that you wish to return the goods and received your bank information. In order to be able to return the money to you, we need to either have received the return or proof that the return has been sent to us (receipt from the delivery point).

If you have made a mistake, or if something is missing in the delivery address and discover this after the order has been sent, your order will probably not be delivered and will be returned to us.
NOTE! A surcharge of 40:- will be added for shipments that must be resent after we have received it back due to incorrect/missing information in the delivery address.
SEK 40 will also be deducted from the payment in the event of a refund for a returned shipment (Varubrev) that has not been collected.
Complaints
In accordance with the Consumer Sales Act, our customers have a 3-year right of complaint.
You should send the faulty product to Filial af E-Invasion A/S, Stålkulegatan 2 E, 218 28 Malmö.
E-Invasion will reimburse you for the costs incurred in connection with the faulty product being sent to us (e.g. petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs and the like). Reimbursement will be made within 10 days of us receiving information from you on where the money should be deposited.
Complaints must be made as soon as the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. 2 months is considered a reasonable time to discover damage/defects to the products.
In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you contact the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints, www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We always follow their recommendations. You can also use the online complaint platform available on the EU Commission’s website: https://commission.europa.eu/index_en
